I could design this new case for you with respect for all the functions/features you required. It will be nice to have a drawing/sketch as the initial info, but for sure you'll provide it. Based on your input (drawing/sketches/models, etc) I will make a basic model. On this model with your indications/observations I will make the required adjustments/modifications until the final products fits your expectations. When the final madel and it's components are approved you'll have all the necessary files for prototyping via shapaways or 3dhub (or whatever). For all my models I'm making a rigurous checking for printability in order to avoid different issues, so we will have to determine the material you want to use (also the material type/caractheristics determine the designing path) and the machine (printer - not all 3d printers produces the same results) In this way, I invite you to open a msg channel here, and we'll discuss all the details of your project.
