Build a Revit House Model + Sheets

I need a house drafted in Revit 2018. I will need 6 sheets created with dimensions, basic annotations, and some schedules. This is a 2000 SF rancher with nothing too complicated to deal with. The main challenge is that we are working off of old paper plans that I have taken pictures of. As such I will need an extra set of revisions. That said, I will work with you on it to make sure you get what you need to know.
So to bid on this job read all of the following:
- you will need Revit 2018 and Dropbox
- I want to see examples of other residential work you have done
- We need to be able to communicate verbally in English. I want to talk with you before awarding the job.
- This job needs to be meet the following schedule. First draft done by the end of the week. Second draft done a week later. Final draft a week after that. So that is three goes at it in total completed by July 30th. Please be clear that you understand this schedule and that I need the first draft and then two revisions. Of course I expect this to be accounted for in the price.
I will upload images to the person I select and you will be working from JPEGs that are not the greatest. I understand this job could be a little annoying, so please consider this in your bid.
