I'm a mechanical engineer - specialized in the industrial robotic field, 3D designer and modeler (from time to time and some projects I could make the functional prototype too). I'm doing product design, industrial design, reverse engineering, ideation, etc. I have over 15 years experience working on various systems/devices across multiple industries, from concept to launch. 1 - i will really appreciate if you could give the sizes in mm (imperial system always gave me headaches :( ) 2 - as you are very well aware :), the breast are in different sizes and shapes.... (would be useful to know your preferred pair) 3 - indeed the alveole need to feature the aureolas and the texture on the nipples, but this also depends on the viscosity of the melted chocolate... (if not viscous/fluid enough will not follow the pattern and/or will not be extracted properly from the alveoli) 4 - once the 3d model ready (will be necessary to have in the first place the breasts modeled and after the alveoli) we could discuss the 3d printing. we could discuss all the details here... I need a CAD design made for a chocolate candy breast mold that I will need 3D printed. I have attached an example design that I want you to go off of. The dimensions for this mold are: Tray Size: 10 1/4" - 8" Size of Cavity: Length 6-3/4", Width: 4", Thickness/Height: 1-3/4" I want my design to be similar in shape, but smaller in size. So smaller but proportional. I don't mind straying from this design a bit, if you think you can make them look better an/or more realistic. I would like the nipples to have some texture built in so they look like realistic (if you zoom into the picture you can see what I am talking about).
