You can see a few examples under my profile here: https://www.freelancer.com/u/JaimeLM I see what you're trying to achieve there, I can give you a clean and detailed model of your car in .obj to be used in any program, however the outer line its done by the rendering program you use in that case (like a toon outline) It can however be fully modelled but I don't think it will have the effect you're after.
