I'm a very busy landscape designer in California. I have a lot of design and building experience and a backlog of work, but my digital drafting skills are less developed and getting in the way of my progress. As curious and motivated as I am to do all of this work myself, I'm realizing that I will be more efficient and successful if I can get help with this aspect of my work.
Ideally I would like to develop a mutually beneficial on-going relationship with a skilled 2d and 3d draftsperson/modeler/renderer. I primarily use Sketch-up pro for my own work and would expect all models to be delivered in this format. CAD, Illustrator and Photoshop skills would also be welcome but are not absolutely essential.
At present, I imagine the work flow would go as follows:
1) I provide a CAD site survey, as-built drawings/information and photographs of a new project site.
2) Draftsperson creates series of accurate, geo-located Sketch-up files that I can use as the foundation for my design work.
3) I create 2 and 3d sketches in Sketch-up.
4) Draftsperson refines the presentation quality of my designs, including renderings when desired/necessary.
5) Once conceptual design is OK'd by client, I would likely request additional drawings for subsequent project phases, including some schematics, planting plans, etc. In all cases, I would be doing the design work/plant selection etc., but I would like help with digital presentation.

I am an architect and a 3D modeller. I can work with revit, skecthup and autocad. I can do 3D models and 2D drafting. I also de renders and videos.

As your project is concern, I am working on the same type of job for the last 8 years.
The way we are doing the job is listed below:
Client provides the template file with all the necessary blocks and style.
Now for each job step is:
1) Client send us the base file for cleanup. We send back the cleanup file after deleting all the unnecessary objects from the drawing. We are sending the cleanup file very quickly within half an hour.
2) Client markup on the cleanup file with variety of plants, trees, groundcover, stepping stones, lawn, pebbles etc. and send us the markup file in pdf format.
3) We are doing drafting of the landscape design based on the markup file. And send the landscape drawing on the same day.
Yes, the scale is 1:100 in A1 size and provide the files within a day.
