Prototype development followed by manufacturing

I have secured a patent and am now looking to get prototypes developed and then move on to manufacturing. Further details of the product can be seen in the attached patent application and sketch but a summary of the product and its use case is as follows.
The product, in its simplest sense, is a sock made out of very thin lightweight plastic that has ventilation holes strategically placed in 'low friction' spots. The sock is designed to be worn over a traditional ski sock and makes the putting on ("donning") and taking off ("doffing") of ski boots easy compared to the current "struggle" that many go through.
The product will be produced in 4 sizes (extra small, small, medium and large) the detailed dimensions of which can/will be provided as will other details. I will also want the product to have our logo printed on it in a recurring pattern type manner.
At this stage I am looking for someone who can work with me to get the prototypes developed and, if that goes well, can also work with me to secure manufacturing.
I will be looking for the successful candidate to lay out for me the key steps/milestones, an estimate of hours to achieve each, and agree on an hourly rate
