urgently need CNC - open to bidding

i need 2 simple things done. a template to hold my product. simple 3.5 diameter round on a 2 feet 11 7/8 inchs X 4 foot workspace with atleast 1/2 inch between each slot, slots must be .1575 inchs deep X 3.5 inchs in diameter. this will be done in oak (if it works 1100 aluminum later). outside or workspace template has a 3/4 inch margin around entire outside perimeter. each slot will need a small tag slot for a finger to pop the product out of the template. template is 1 3/8 inch thick. second is a simple toolpath for a quick pass on all product faces. we just need to graze the top of product to make it flat and smooth and final product must be 3.5 inchs in diameter (which is stock when i recieve the raw materials) and .3275 inch thick when done. the toolpath should be simple as it literally is a quick top graze to make it flat and smooth. Product is A110 oxygen free copper, not alloy .9995 pure copper. if you can do this bro i will immediately need multiple templates done, and then we start with the real fun , 3d and 2d line art all cnc in a wide variety of metals and Novelty and Patriotic images.
