Need automated SEO App developed. Account creation, and posting.

I need an SEO desktop app developed, where the user can "program" in any sites to automatically create accounts on, and thereafter can auto post content in.

For example, the user can put in the website, the app will pull it up, the user can click "map out site", and the app will find all the form fields that need to be completed, and the app will save this data, so the user can later auto register to the site.

After signing up to the site, the user can do this for the form fields needed to post content. For example an article directory site, after registration, the app will find the form fields for the Article Title, Article Body, Article Author box, etc..

The user can create different "Profiles" to store, to later auto register & auto post to these sites. Each profile will store all the data for the form fields for registration & content posting.

All of this data will be saved. The user can choose a profile, select any/all sites that he added to the database, and hit "Go", and the app will auto register, and then auto post the user's content.

"Form Mapping" as I call it, will allow the app to work with any site, whether it be article site, forums, blog, social bookmarking, etc..

Decaptcher will needed to be implemented to do this automatically, and proxy support will be needed as well.

I don't know what type of database is needed for this app, so I will need your expert opinion. The language to write the app in, is open to suggestions.
