E-cards designer

We are currently looking for a designer to make E-cards for us, and the E-cards will be 2 for Christmas and 2 for Chinese New Year, and we need the GIF file rather than html.
Besides, the design does not have to be complicated, we only need simple animation, such as light shining or snowing at the background.
