Video Editor for Youtube project

Looking to work with someone on an ongoing basis bringing Chapters of my Documentary Style Book to "life" with a Power-point type of presentation. The words/text flowing on the screen as well Voice. I've included the work so far, below. So you need to have a Voice that is clear, pleasant and flows with excellent English skills. The words combined with pictures helping to give the viewer a connection to what is being said/written. I need video for Youtube etc...The Budget is for /per (one video) as some are short (2-3 mins) and some are long (12-15mins) .... there are many Chapters in the book (45)...this is steady work and need someone who can produce this in a timely way. At least 4 videos per week or more depending.
Some video I will send my voice for you to add the photo's and edit etc....
(I had hired someone for the whole project who then got too busy. I was left for weeks wondering what to do? Where are you? Not professional what so ever! So I need a PRO for this Documentary style work.)
I work with respect, truth, patience, generosity and compassion. I expect the same. I have the Trailer and intro ready...just need your touch to bring this to life, for the Blind and Deaf as well. I have given Bonus's too in consideration for work that is 'involving' more than we expected etc...I'm super easy to work with and this should be fun.
I will also have 'on going' work after all this is done.
2nd book almost ready.
Very keen to find the right person to get this moving quickly once again.
This project should come in over $4,000. with bonus's etc.
