Simple video Editing for 1.30 min video needed (insert Voiceover)

Good day, I am a radio producer and broadcaster in the UK. My experience includes pre-recorded radio programmes, audiobooks, podcasts and voiceover production. Many of the projects I have worked on have been multilingual, I am therefore confident I can find excellent translator/VO for this project. I have all of the digital editing hard/software I require at my home and am therefore able to guarantee a fast turnaround on projects. Hi, I am ready to start right away and complete it within next 1-2 hours. I will replace the Spanish voice over with perfection. As you don't have source file so background music and effect will be also effected. I would like to suggest you we need to also change the background music and effect along with voice over. But if you have that music file that will be great. Please suggest, I am ready to start right away. Thank you.
