need funny video edited

Hi - I need some quick video editing. I have to give a funny speech about my bosses Dan and Tom. The task is to edit the youtube video: <[login to view URL]> ... in the following ways: 1. In the first frame where the text comes up, edit it to say "Geography Rocks" - can be just big white letters on black backgorund. 2. I only need the first 60 seconds of the video, not the entire thing. 2. Edit in Tom's head onto the guy playing the guitar. I have provide two pictures of Tom for you to use. 3. Put Dan's head as a small picture somewhere on the guitar, like up on the neck of the guitar or something. I have provided 2 pictures of Dan. 4. at about the 12th second, where he says "Zakk Wylde", dub in the attached [login to view URL] 5. make it look as realistic as possible. Make Tom's mouth move as he talks. 6. deliver the video as AVI or MPG - I need it by Thursday night (may 17th). It could be flash too, whatever you can do. For bidding, give me some idea of your artistic capability, so it ends up better than just cut and pasting it in there. I know it will not be perfect - its just for a joke. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
