Adobe After Effects or Premier Template for Video

We need someone to make us a template for vertical video 2x3 (for Facebook Ads). The idea is to make a vertical template, where we could place our existing horizontal video. - Background image should be interchangeable and have animated slow moving/blur action set in place - Color and text of the button should be interchangeable. Button should have animated light/glare that goes around the edge. - Color of the arrow should be interchangeable, also arrow should have some sort of easy bumping action in place. - Inserting video should be interchangeable PS - we will read only requests that have first sentence "I can make vertical video template for your horizontal video". We request this because we don't read bot/automated applications. We would prefer this for Adobe Premier, but if not possible, After Effects template would be fine as well. Timeframe: 3 days
