Hello, I work with Revit 2015 and 2018 to model 3D and also to generate plans in 2d. For some good quality renders I use Lumion. After you gave me the details of the project I would make a first proposal modeled in 3D in just 2 days. After your comments and modifications I would proceed to the final work that besides the 2d plans, I would include a couple of renders so you have a very accurate image of what the final result of your project will be. You need rebar for structural or architecture drawings OR for shop drawings which will need on site? Relevant Skills and Experience For Building structures I can provide shop drawings also which will help you to get it sanction from engineer 3D model can be delivered with respective sections with rebar in to it.
