Text animations AE for video project

Looking to do some more creative and animated text overlays on a video project. We have fonts in the project files and need to have the current words / sentences animate smoothly and appear on-screen long enough for reading. All in white please, and release to us as Alpha channel so we can put it in as a new layer in Premiere Pro.
