The City of Modesto, California would like to create 3 - 15 minute videos in multiple formats and provide narration in both English and Spanish. Videos will focus on training, education, and operations of the Wastewater Services Division and North Valley Regional Recycle Water Program. The videos shall include but are not limited to multiple Operations programs at various work sites in Modesto and the surrounding area. The videos must tell the same story to different age groups from 4th graders, college students, engineers and professionals in the field.
