Video capture, editing that rents products

This document will define and outline the website I am requesting to be built. It needs to work on all browser formats including tablets, Ipad, Ipods and smart phones. I want the look and feel to be like [login to view URL] 1 E-commerce store selling and renting products and accessories 2. Renting system, customers need to be able to log in and rent items from the website including accessories that can be added to rental. 3. A calendar booking system that will allow the user to choose a pick up and drop off date. Including hours, days, weeks and months. 4. Each customer would have an account that can be used to track their rentals and purchases. 5. The site must have the ability for customers to upload and download large video and photo files 6. Very basic online video editing capabilities, where customers can clip footage and combine it with transitions, add captions and then upload finished videos to facebook and youtube. 7. There needs to be a video gallery page that is linked to Youtube. 8. The site needs to have the ability to sign an agreement if a tablet or phone is being used. A credit card must be taken that will Pre authorize an amount; this pre authorization will be for the deposits of the Items rental. Upon returning the item the card will be charged for the rental fee. All done with scanning bar codes or Qr codes A normal e-commerce store is required also with standard credit card processing. The back end needs to have multiple levels of administrator permissions. In the backend: The site must have the ability to have items checked in and out using bar codes or Qr codes with a scanner or Ipod, The backend needs to be able to process transactions just like the front end and while doing so is able to check the products in and out. Checking the items out need to have 3 layers. Layer 1 Main Office (products are in the warehouse) 2 Retail store (products are at a retail locating ready to be rented) 3 Customer (product has been checked out by customer) The administrator also needs to be able to log in and see, upload and download large video files to each user. And manage the video content on the video gallery page.
