What We’re Looking For: * full time employee. * 30 hrs a week. * 6 hrs per day. * Answer phones calls and emails; responding to customer questions / complaints and ensure all inquiries are handled and documented on-line in a timely and professional manner. * Maintain professional etiquette and provide effective customer service when corresponding with customers phone. Work FromHome Requirements: Fully functioning desktop-computer Windows 7 Operating System or higher (IMacYosemite Operating System or higher) Reliable, hard-wired high speed internet (minimum 20 Mbps download & 5 Mbps upload) VOIP Telephone will provided by us Designated home office area, clear of outside sounds or distraction Telephone headset or USB headset (no speaker-phone or ear buds) Customer Service rep will be required to work USA working hours and requires excellent command of spoken and written English.
