I currently run 4 businesses in various stages of the business cycle. I have a startup, 2 growth companies, and a value company. I need an assistant who will help manage task in all of those companies plus future ones and personal matters.
The VA will need to be available between Monday thru Friday 7am to 5pm central time. Evenings and weekends are not required.
Communication will be through Skype, email and text messages. Actual phone calls will be minimal.
There will be a wide range of task from data entry, budgeting, posting to websites/blogs, research, proof reading, building presentations, email response, etc. The tasks will begin slow and work up from there as we build a trust and a relationship. Instructions will be provided for each task.
Assistant must be located in the United States and be able to accept packages from Fedex.
The assistant must have or have access to a typewriter. There will be one monthly task that will require a typewriter for several hours. Please confirm this in your initial message to me.
You should be well versed in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Attention to detail is a plus. The ability to learn on your own and help me with tasks before they arise will be rewarded.
Skills that are not required but would be nice to see is graphic design experience and web building experience.
