Architectural Visualization (streets) - with google maps/earth pictures

I need someone with experience in architectural visualization (streets - 2D) with google maps/earth pictures. We are a non profit initiative and we want to visualize based on manipulated google earth pictures the people living in an area how the streets/parking, etc... is changing. I have a plan where the changes are visible...
