Creative and Imaginative Sample Web Page Design (home page only, single page design)

Hello, I would like to hear from you if you have experience in designing web pages that are original, custom, **imaginative**, creative, and reflective of the client's brand. My client already has a great logo, so the page must reflect this and also show elements of creativity and imagination. Original, custom designs ONLY - no templates will be accepted! There are beautiful curves in the logo that should show in the design, there is a "star" at the top of the logo that can be used creatively (photo peeking from inside a star, or a flurry of stars can trickle down the page or up from the bottom of the page). We have great photos of parents/families for your use, and I will give excellent creative direction including color scheme and possible layout. I already have a basic mock-up that you can use. We are on a VERY tight deadline and I **MUST** have a sample page layout back to me within 1-2 days maximum or I cannot consider your bid. Again, this is for a single page design. If it works out, we can move forward to the inside pages including custom banners, graphics, etc. I am available to chat or Skype with you so we can discuss the requirements **BEFORE** you begin so that we are on the same page. However, I have attached detailed instructions for your reference to help move this along.
