Remove Virus on server and folders that are affecting the shared sites

I have several websites on my shared server with Godaddy and several of the sites are affected with a virus bring down the site showing this message.
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '<' in /home/content/30/10897330/html/
I would like to have you remove the virus from the server and the existing folders where I have my other domain names pointing to.
EXAMPLE:
[login to view URL] domain name
POINTS TO MY SERVER
myserver/123/
I want to make sure that the virus is removed and any vulnerabilities patched up so I need someone that can scan the server and remove the viruses.
