Task Management System

We need a person (or preferably a team) who will work continuously with us to develop a web application. S/He has to be free for the next 3-4 weeks and S/He has to be reachable online (via Freelancer's messaging mechanism, of course). S/He is expected to work 8-9 hours a day for us. We have a 80% complete DB design and we have around 25-30 tables. Database management system is Oracle; but for the sake of development speed, we can opt out for SQL server during the development. But this is for development only. The final system must be 100% working on Oracle DBMS and the freelancers will get their money if the application runs without any problems on Oracle. Full payment will be made after the entire system is tested on our production server by our testing team which should not take more than 2 days. We will be developing the application together, so you will have our immediate feedback. The main purpose of the system is to automate daily and regular tasks of an organization. There are documents received, projects awarded, tasks assigned, tasks delayed, tenders announced, bids collected, etc. people join/leave, etc. We want to develop a system to keep track of all of these. Plus, there will be an integration with GIS. We will provide you with the necessary codes for the integration with GIS, so you don't need to bother, indeed. Preferred environment is: 1. C# 2. Oracle DB 3. If possible Telerik components The system has to support multiple languages, including right-to-left languages, such as Arabic. We will provide you with the translations, you have to develop it in English. Since requirements cannot be fixed at this moment, we want some one or a team to work with us so that we will develop the entire system together. We need a sleek, contemporary design. You have to get our approval for any 3rd party product that you intend to use. We need 2 sprints per week, on Tuesdays and Fridays. Every week there will be a release (we can define or waive this condition if the development is satisfactory). Deliverables: 1. 2 sprints per week to make sure you are working. 2. Fully documented source code. The winner is required to provide support after the project is delivered. 3. Design document (all database and system design will be fully documented). 4. Test document/report (you have to write test cases and you should provide us with the final result). Our condition is that if S/He does not respond to our questions within 24 Hours (not 1 business day), we have the right to cancel the project. You must explicitly agree on this. If you don't agree, your bid will be ignored. We are looking for serious developers. Please write in your bid this explicitly as "I agree to answer all queries of the employer in 24 hours otherwise I will forfeit my rights in this project" so that we understand that you are not a bot. We will ignore generic bids or bids sound to be posted by bots.
