Conversion - ASP site into HTML site

We have an existing site - coded in ASP. Due to search engine ranking concerns, we want the site to be converted to html pages. There are less than 25 pages, and we will require you to pick the content from the online version of the site. Once you have the first page designed (and approved by me), the rest is all copy/paste from the online site. There is one form which is using asp coding to write to database. This will have to be redone so that it writes to existing MS-Access database. In addition there are 2 pages where scripting is required - recommend this site to a friend and subscribe to newsletter. No frames are to be used in the site. All pages should be SEO compliant and optimized. Look and feel of the site should be maintained.
