Customize web template and fill content pages

We have purchased a template [login to view URL] and need to customize it.
We have an existing web site which we need to move to this new design.
We need you to:
1. Customize the graphic design of the template with our logo and business identity and other elements as required. We like the overall design of the template, so there will be no dramatic changes, just minor modifications.
2. Customize images in the slide show on the index page.
3. Move all the content from old web site to the new design - up to 100 simple static pages.
4. Create a new gallery from the provided photos.
The result must be standards-compliant, as is the original template.
Please provide references and time-frame for the job.
