175462 high quality website graphics

I want to take my website [login to view URL] to the next level. I need a header graphic and matching background for it. I am thinking about something similar like the header on [login to view URL] The header should be in a smimilar format than it is now and shouldn't be animated like on xfacts (max. something subtle like the blinking eyes of the grey alien). If you can also do work in Flash that is a bonus. After the header graphic I want to work on the members area of the site and the first thing I will need for it is a flash menu. (This will be a seperate project.) Please only bid if you can show samples of work work of a similar style and quality.
