Home Remodeling Business: Logo Concept Already Made, Copy & Paste Content, Easy Project

Read before bidding: This is my second attempt at finding a designer on this platform. The first project was terminated due to constant misunderstanding, communication issues, going over budget and not getting the project completed within deadline. If you do not have a high completion rate and on budget rate I will NOT hire you. Furthermore, you must be FLUENT in English. Previous experience with a home remodeling business strongly preferred. MILESTONES: Also, I will release 50% of the project value as a milestone AFTER a rough draft of ALL website files have been sent to me. My definition of a rough draft is a website that is just barely usable without any content. Until we agree on an acceptable rough draft, a simple picture of the front page will pass. DESCRIPTION [login to view URL] is the website for a New Jersey-based general contractor specializing 4 fields of home remodeling: kitchen, bathroom, basement finishing, and junk removal. This is an expansion of an already established business called NJ Junk Guys [login to view URL] IMPORTANT: The design of the website plus be compatible with the style of advertising I will be doing. I will not be marketing [login to view URL], but a series of other domains that will redirected to a different page of NJContractingGuys.com. For example: If you were looking to have your kitchen remodeled and searched for “kitchen remodeling” you would find NJKitchenGuys.com. Once the user clicks on the link, they’re redirected to the [login to view URL] website, but with the kitchen remodeling page opened ([login to view URL]). It’s important for the users to see a NJ Contracting Guys logo on the screen but also a larger, more predominate logo for NJ Kitchen Guys close to where all the content will be listed for that service. The same goes for the other 4 services we offer. *** DESIGN OF THE WEBSITE *** The core color scheme of the business is blue and orange. When users travel to [login to view URL], I would like them to see stock photos showcasing beautiful work in kitchens, bathrooms, and basements, but not junk removal. Due to junk removal unappealing look I do not want any imagery of it, only a link for it to be present somewhere on the page for cross-advertising. Each page must be eye-catching and give users the option to fill out a small questionnaire for a consultation/quote (example: [login to view URL]) In total, this project will have 13 pages needed to be designed: 1 Frontpage 4 Pages dedicated to services (Kitchens, Bathrooms, Basements, Junk removal) 4 Individual Photo Galleries dedicated to each service. 1 About Us (content to be provided) 1 FAQ (content to be provided) 1 Contact Us (most content to be provided) To relieve costs, I will be writing the content myself.
