PSD / Wab page modification and sliceing

I have a PSD from a web template that needs some design modifications, once the modifications are made I will need to have the page sliced up and integrated back into the website template. The specific modification that needs to be done is this. The shape surrounding the ZRII logo needs to be copied and turned into 6 buttons placed lower on the page. When the mouse rolls over each of these buttons they need to turn red. I also need the design behind the teamsuccess logo made black and integrated into the background of the web page (over the red and white section).
