296694 Redesign 1 Web Page

We require a highly skilled designer to redesign a 1 Page site for us. This page is the "users page" from a self-replicating website. The current design looks too "flat". We want to add quality and dimension to it. Design the page to fit in 800x600 screen resolution (create them to be 770 x 570). ***Note: There is a banner/graphic element at the top of the page. You are NOT designing this element of the page in that this feature is chosen by the user from a bank of 20 designs. The page you create will have this feature but WE are providing these graphics. The links and graphics under "My Favorite WWW Clicks" and "Special Offers" are dynamically fed in depending on the users preferences. You design needs to accomodate these elements,but again you are not furnishing these. ALSO, we want to change the heading "Special Offers" to "In The Spotlight". Therefore, we want the design to remain compact so that as much of the page is above fold as possible to make it easy to use. We require no less than 3 concepts to be submitted at the SAME TIME. From these we will select one, provided one is provided we like, and will note revisions required. In the event one of the three concepts is not acceptable, you must agree to submit further concepts until one is chosen. We will not accept marginal work. We require quality & orignality. Requirements: The finished page must be sent to us as a layered psd file as well as a html webpage. All work must be original, royalty-free, copyright-free and exclusive. The design you create for us must only be sold to us. The webpage version of the template must be coded as a simple html document. The images used need to optimized .gifs or jpegs only! Payment: We will pay 50% upon our accpetance of a concept and the balance upon completion of all revisions and delivery as set forth above. Cancellation provision: If, after a good effort, we feel you cannot provide the design skills we required, we reserve the right to cancel the project upon payment of $10. Submitting a bid for this project constitutes your acceptance to this cancellation provision.
