Mortgage Web Site Design as HTML

We need a modern design for our client. They sell mortgage credits. Current web site is "[login to view URL]". Site is in Turkish but don't worry I will help about name of links. And We will write backend as mvc and we will add the contents of the pages. So we just need a clean html theme with some jquery effects. Theare 5 different page. Main Page, contact, mortgage Loan application page (just a form we will write backend), Mortgage loan calculater and of course a standart content page. Please think it's like a [login to view URL] theme. I need static and dynamic tables ([login to view URL]), form inputs (check boxes, radio buttons, combo boxes etc), ajax tabs, charts, icons and grid system(bootstrap or anything else). It should be work nicely in modern browser and mobile browsers. You can check their rival web site : [login to view URL] . Our client likes their rival web site. Note: At first we will want one or more alternative of home page as a jpeg image. After our client decide one of them, you can continue for other page and html&javascript works.
