Submission Portal for Insurance Agencies and Underwriters

The goal is to have on our website a portal that connects Insurance Agencies with Insurance Underwriters for the Commercial Excess and Surplus Lines Market. The Insurance Agency submits applications of clients to Insurance Underwriters. The Insurance Underwriter than receives a price quote from an Insurance Company, than sends back a price quote back to the Insurance Agency. We would be able to give user name and passwords to as many Insurance Agencies and Insurance Underwriters. The way the portal would work, is that an insurance agency would login, fill out an Insurance Client Application Form, and than this Insurance Application Form would be submitted automatically to multiple Insurance Underwriters that also have access to the portal. In an E-mail the Insurance Underwriters would receive a link which they can click and than would automatically log them into the portal to download the Insurance Application Form in PDF Format. After on there side when the different Insurance Underwriters are ready to give a price quote, they would log back into the portal to send a price and other documents that need to be signed for the quote back to the agency through the portal. So in the portal on the Insurance Underwriter Side, they would have section to fill out for each submission the -Price -Insurance Company (the insurance company providing the quote that the Underwriter found) -Comment Section (Any Remarks, comments about the application) Once the Insurance Undewriter fills out these details, they would than submit this info back to the Agency through the portal. Than when the agency logs back in, they would see a price comparasion, So for example if there was 5 Insurance Underwriters that submitted back prices for that application, on the Insurance agency home page or dashboard of the portal, there would be 5 different prices displayed next to each other with the insurance companies names. Also on the Insurance Agency side it would have comment section. The Insurance Client Application forms are standard Insurance Industry Applications that the Insurance Agency must fill out from the client. These Insurance Applications are in PDF format. In order to summarize the applications i have made a shorter version of each of the applications. What i would want is to put the shorter summarized versions in web form format. When the web form gets filled out on the portal by the Insurance Agency, the answers to the forms would be transfered over or populate to the actual Insurance Client Application Form which is in PDF Format. The creation of the webforms and transfer of the answers to a form in PDF format can be done by an online web form company called Logiforms. The Portal and everything i discuss can also be created by using Logiforms the website is [login to view URL], Also another option im looking at is using a business database app company. Here you can build the portal and webforms. But you would need another service to have the webforms transfer or populate the answers to another form in PDF format. Database App company is called Knackhq. The company that can provide the Webform to PDF format is called Webmerge. Both Knackhq and Webmerge have Open API's so they can both be used to work and customize together by usig API's. Knackhq website is [login to view URL] and Webmerge website is [login to view URL] By either going to the Logiform option or Knackhq option, neither of these require writing [login to view URL] code is written automatically in the back end. Everything is just drop and drag. With Knackhq the only coding would be API integeration stuff with webmerge, but thats it and i know its not much work at all to do that for a fact. Both options creating portal is less the work, creating the forms is most of the work.
