Joomla template modification (Feb. 03, 2012)

I have a customer that needs a new website, similar to this one: gl~tc~(DOT)~co~(DOT)~uk (just remove the "~" characters and use "." instead of "(DOT)".) The site should be based on the newest version of Joomla. I prefer if you use a fastloading template (e.g. Alledia-Bolt or Afterburner) and modify it accordingly (i have an Alledia-Bolt licence that could be used for this, if necessary). Differences to the benchmark site: - No online-shop needed - make fonts bigger (Alledia-Bolt or Afterburner standard fonts should do) - use different logo and color scheme (will be provided after acceptance of project) - visitors from certain countries should be blocked from accessing the site Everything else can basically stay the same. I will replace images and text after you are done. Very important: The naming and storing of sections, categories, images, coding should be done in an intuitive manner (e.g. don't use origianal names such as "About Joomla!" or "New to Joomla" but replace them with intuitive names such as "Toys and Games" for a section and "Educational Toys", "Books", "Playsets", etc. for categories.
