SEO Simple Advice

Need some help with SEO questions for my website and mainly looking for some advice. Need to speak with someone less than a hour worth of time about changes for website. Very small and easy project. The only specific problem I must fix is how my website appears in google. When you search: "engineer ahead" http://www.google.com/#hl=en&sa=X&ei=9v38Tqn7HIXu0gHO1KCMAg&ved=0CBgQvwUoAQ&q=engineer+ahead&spell=1&bav=on.2,or.r_gc.r_pw.,cf.osb&fp=8eeef67bd8da93e5&biw=1440&bih=780 my website appears, but the problem is the first results begins with "Engineer Ahead Engineer Ahead - description" I dont want my website to appear with double title text in the google results. I need to fix this and also need someone to recommend the best way to setup titles and descriptions. That is all I am asking for and this shouldnt take longer than an hour time. MUST have google chat / gmail to setup chat. Looking to get this done by tonight. please post if interested and hopefully looking for someone to get more SEO projects from me every few weeks.
