Service Cost Estimator - VBA using excel spreadsheets

Ladies/Gentlemen, I would like to have a program written in VBA (or other program you can recommend) that will use excel spreadsheet with formulas and text to generate a pdf form. (I will provide the excel spreadsheet with formulas once I have narrowed down bids) **Very basic excel spreasheet - will not be too hard** The excel spreadsheet would populate pricing data from a database (access or your recommendation) that has following cells of data: 3 Letter Airport Code (max 3 letters) 4 Letter ICAO Code (max 4 letters) Airport Name (max 25 characters) Cost of Fees for "Large" Type Cost of Fees for "Medium" Type Cost of Fees for "Small" Type Cost of Fees for "Very Small" Type I would require the database to be able to grow as more data added. I would like a slick design - with "aviation" look - silver and blue colors. I have replied to some of you directly. I would like to provide more info and explain how i will be using the program. I think you are on to it..... I currently use an excel spreadsheet (which i will upload). I input estimated costs of certain services (which are fixed costs) and 3rd party charges (which i pull from my experience and knowledge) I would like a database that would allow me to enter airport handling charges (by airport location) (ie. LTN/EGGW/Luton) And enter service estimates (by item name) (ie. full plan/permits/customs) My client would populate the fields (services and locations) on the front end of the desktop application you will design. "Services" client will enter amount of each item required (or if possible your program will auto count the entries at the top where client enters their airport codes) Your program will pull the total locations and use them to calculate number of services. example. they enter (in routing field) KMIA-KLAX-MMTO-KMIA your program will count the 4letter codes (each an airport id) and count up following full plan (count plan from kmia-klax as 1 klax-mmto as 1 mmto-kmia 1 for a total of 3 Full Plans "Location" Your program will pull the pricing data (based on airport 4letter or 3letter code) and populate the excel spreadsheet. There will be another section for Navigation Fees: Currently my excel spreadsheet has one field to enter total that i estimate. I would like the option of having the client enter a number, and that number would be calculated by either Europe/Asia (no. of countries) x 500.00 Middle East (no. of countries) x 400 Mexico/Latin/South America (no. of countries) x 300.00 Africa (no. of countries) x 250.00 Pacific (no. of countries) x 200.00 (so this would require 5 rows instead of the 1 row i currently total in my head and enter estimate total. Hope this helps to make more sense....if you print out the excel and read above, I think it will make sense to you. I would like to get program completed in 15-20-30 days. Please provide estimate for 15, 20, and 30 days. (This includes 2 days to test your program)
