I think you are aware that if anytime is saying that he has a strong experience in the required technologies then they are lying. I was checking the document but honestly we freelancers not get time to read the complete document. Whatever as I understand, is you want to apply the same code and want to add as a service fabric. Service packages contain implementations of ICommunicationListener that start the ASP.NET Core web host for either Kestrel or WebListener in a Service Fabric Reliable Service. The ICommunicationListener allows you to configure IWebHost, and then it manages its lifetime. I am open with technologies but first we need to decide what would be there in your requirement. As soon as we will make us confirm what needs to do we can start work together. I have the exact same kind of experience. Because I have a experience in building strong and secure Asp.Net core API(s) + Entity Framework core 1.1 with Angular 2. I would place login guards to the routs on the client side and use JWT to access authorized api classes on server.
