Build an International Online Store in 15 days !

Hello ! Please read all the requirements before you bid me ! This product scope is to build a well-functional international e-commerce online store website with the following functions: 1. This website is required to be user friendly for all screen sizes of electronic devices including desktop, laptop, and other mobile devices such as ipad, other popular tablets, and mobile phones; and it has cross browser compatibility with popular internet browsers including Internet Explorer, Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and etc. 2. This website will provide regular e-commerce store functions such as user account management, membership rewards, shopping carts, check-outs, product category, product search, blog function, social media function, and etc. Users can browse the website, view products, register his/her account, add products into his/her cart, and checkout. The admin portal will be able to handle all the website management tasks (listed below). 3. This website is an international e-commerce store which will be multi-languages and multi-currencies website. So it can process the both domestic and international order and ship the products both globally and domestically. Regarding website development, the Client would like to have my website localized for customers in each country because our website will face to global customers. The actual implementation method will be discussed between the Developer and the Client when it happens. 4. The admin portal is able to import the product data feeds from different product suppliers into the website automatically and correctly. The product data feed is all the product and inventory information which the supplier sends to the Client. Generally, the format of product data feeds is one of the following formats: CSV, Excel, or XML. And the products sold in the website come from different suppliers. Each supplier will provide hundreds of different products and it has its own product data feed format related to the product information. Instead of manually typing product information one by one, the website should have the function that automatically import the product data feed from different suppliers into the Database. One product could come from different supplier, and different supplier has their own upc code for the same product, which means that one product could have more than one upc codes, but one product only has its unique item code generate by our website. When the customer orders this product, we route the order to different supplier based on the product availability of the suppliers. 5. The website will be integrated with multiple payment gateways (no more than 4) and multiple shipping API platforms (no more than 4). 6. Regarding to communication, the Client would like to discuss the project status with the Developer every 2 or 3 days. - I don't take upront payment, online milestone! - This project need to be done before 25th JULY - Project budget is 300 USD included all the plugins. - I want admin portal not wordpress admin portal so it must developed in PHP Chat me if you are AGREE with these.
