Build wordpress website with online store

My small Powersports business currently has a small (less than 10 page), simple website, used to advertise the services we provide to local customers. We would like to have a new website built to replace to using Wordpress. We would also like to have an online store added in (Woocommerce plugin is what we were thinking). A very important feature we're looking for is the ability to automatically import a product database from one of our product distributors. They provide a file that updates nightly via FTP of product details and pricing for approximately 10,000 products. We would like this to automatically happen. The website will still primarily be used for our local small business so the store section would be found with a link, it would not be the primary focus of the website. Here's a checklist of what we want done: Setup new installation of Wordpress in dev environment Install new Wordpress template we would provide Copy textual content and site structure from old website to new Install Woocommerce (or most appropriate script for what we want) Upload copy of product database file to populate catalog in dev environment so we can fully understand layout, features, etc. Determine and create method by which the online store can be updated nightly with the new product file. Make minor adjustments to logo/color scheme/fonts as needed.
