GPS Travel app with website

All submissions considered. NO BROKERS OR AGENTS. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- OVERVIEW We publish a range of event/attractions mobile apps and we are wishing to create one that would act as a tour guide for the user with location based audio. The contents (tours) of the app would be managed via an admin website which you would also create. The app user can add as many tours to their app as they wish. Some of which may be paid tours so a Paypal portal would be needed. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- THE ADMIN AREA In the admin area tours are set up. Refer [login to view URL] as an example. Register for a free account to see how they do it. When each location is setup including adding audio etc it is saved. Once saved, the tour would be stored in a list so app users can see and download it. When it's saved it should be saved so that it will work on Apple and Android format. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- APP REQUIREMENTS We require initially an iPhone app. When a user downloads the app it would have no tours in it. The user would select search on the app and then search the admin site for a tour they would like. Then they download the selected tour just like an in app purchase into the main app. From there, they simply start using it in GPS mode only. The downloaded tour would have a start button. When clicked, the in app map (Google) would know where the user was and would start giving directions (just like Google Maps) to the first location as the user travelled, if it came upon a location that had a trigger for audio to play it would play automatically. When the user got to the first location they would "pause" the app and when they were ready they would "resume" the tour and it would take them to the next location. When the app is opened it would check for updates on any of the tours the user had downloaded. It would function using GSP or WiFi and not not require access to a CELLULAR NETWORK CONNECTION other than for download and updates. Everything must occur IN APP ie not go to any other app outside this app. Another reference app is: “GyPSy" [login to view URL] App users can also see a list of locations in a tour and have the power to turn selected ones off. Screen requirements for the basic app is: Home, Search, My Tours, About, Help, Other Apps + an App Share button ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- CONCLUSION Please provide examples of similar apps you may have built. As I said at the beginning TWICE we have awarded this project and TWICE we have been let down. To be considered you MUST be able to demonstrate that are able to do it.
