Improve the Blog on My Shopify Store

I'm using a shopify theme which has a blog that comes with it. I absolutely HATE the layout of the blog. Shopify themes absolutely suck for content. So, I need someone to get in there and basically just make the blog look better. I have a few specifications including: Basically, I'd like the blog to look like this blog: [login to view URL] This blog pretty much encompassing everything I'd like to build into my own blog which currently looks like this: [login to view URL] As you can see, it's absolutely horrible as is. I really need someone who is WELL VERSED in CSS and also Shopify's weird programming language. I don't think this project requires THAT MUCH back end coding. It's definitely more a CSS thing but we may need to make some functionality improvements. If you could please submit some other shopify projects you've worked on which are of the same calibar as this: [login to view URL] That would be great. Also, if there's a way to change the url of the blog to just be: [login to view URL] instead of [login to view URL] Again, Shopify is VERY annoying with this type of nitty gritty stuff so anyone who has the skills to do what I'm requesting, let me know! Please don't respond if you're not that good with Shopify. I've requested this project before and the person I hired was unable to deliver.
