I have many previous experiences related to the same. I have completed many projects which require e-commerce integration. My main skill is PHP but I can also do it in any framework you want. Wordpress is common and easy one. If you already have any framework installed then I will ensure that it does not create any problem with what you already have. I will use HTML5, CSS3, JS and bootstrap(if needed) for designing . I will use PHP cookies for carts and AJAX for retrieval of the database. I can also install the manual tracking system If you want.
