Revise MailChimp HTML template: 1) Change the code to HTML5 doctype and 2) simplify the code

The current template is in the attachment. Objectives: 1. Current doctype is "XHTML 1.0 Transitional". The code needs to be changed to be compatible with the HTML5 (< !DOCTYPE html >). 2. The code needs to be simplified to take less space. The unnecessary code has to be removed (unused classes, ids, etc.). 3. The code needs to have no issues when validated on [login to view URL] 4. The template has to be responsive and mobile friendly. It's currently responsive and needs to be kept this way. 5. The overall code has to be under 102KB ([login to view URL]). --------------- Note: I know HTML and CSS and will consider only reasonable offers. I don't have time to do it myself. Please be reasonable with your offers.
