Seeking UX/UI Designer (Long-term work)

Are you a designer who is passionate about users and brands? Do you live and breath the web and monitor trends in design? Do you want to work remotely with an amazing team building beautiful websites? If so, you're in the right place. We’re a fully distributed digital agency looking for a passionate UX/UI Designer to join the team and work with us as we grow. While this is a part-time to start, we are looking for a long-term relationship and it will likely grow based on your availability. Skills & Experience: • You are well versed with Sketch, Invision & Adobe Suite • You are immersed in web design and are passionate about users & brands • You are knowledgeable and passionate about eCommerce, UX, and CRO • You have a keen understanding about the importance of mobile responsive & adaptive design • You are an amazing communicator and can lead teams and clients • You have amazing organizational skills and can multitask and manage priorities easily • You thrive in a high freedom, high responsibility environments • You have a familiarity of the process of building websites, specifically Wordpress and Shopify - operational familiarity is a plus! • You enjoy working in a collaborative environment • You are comfortable communicating our the team in Trello & Slack • HTML & CSS experience is a plus, but not required (please note it!) • Concepting for animations is a plus! • Experience working with Shopify theme frameworks is a HUGE plus (please specify which) Key Responsibilities: • Creating design concepts for websites & apps • Adapting design concepts for mobile and subpage variations • Working from wireframe to bring concepts to life • Creating sketch & wireframe to guide the design process Please note, this is a remote position, therefore, communication is critical. You must be available by phone occasionally for meetings during 9-5 PST timezone and be comfortable using Slack for team communication and Trello for task management.
