I need a simple responsive layout for a website. It must consist of a top header, a header, a nav, a main, a footer and a sub footer. In the appendix there is an image and a wireframe. I want to use bootstrap 4.2.1. <link rel = "stylesheet" href = "[login to view URL]" integrity = "sha384-GJzZqFGwb1QTTN6wy59ffF1BuGJpLSa9DkKMp0DgiMDm4iYMj70gZWKYbI706tWS" crossorigin = "anonymous"> I'm going to use the template to build the website, but my knowledge falls short for a nice responsibe website. For a connoisseur this is really very simple to make. I can provide colors, layout, etc. I only need a layout in html that looks like on the image and scales to mobile as in the image. Simple job. Please use as little code as possible. I cannot have an automated template generated bij photoshop or something. Thanks.
