Talent Web App Developer

I am looking a talent web app developer who can create a web search application with data back-end. Create knowledge sharing application that allows a user to easily query a simple data set. The end user will be not very technically proficient. The data is a simple spreadsheet with about 8-10 text and numeric fields and no more than 1000 records. The end user should be able to easily select search criteria from pick lists to formulate their query, then see the resulting matched entries. Please see attached drawing and screen shot for a concept of what the search interface might look like. Sample data is also attached. The user should be able to select one or more choices from a pick list of some sort (for example, the years 2017, 2016 and 2015) for each of the four input boxes. The results at the bottom would be filtered based on their selections. The user should then be able to sort the results set. - Other requirements: - Requires single sign on using SAML or similar. - Must be as simple to use as possible. - Must look modern and clean - Must include a data entry module to enter the source data.
