I am a Business Analyst & Technical Writer, thus have both the expertise required for this work i.e. understanding the project requirements and creating flow charts and documents for the same. I can efficiently do this work for you.
I have read document attached with this project and as per my understanding following is the application flow:
Reception User
Login --> Dashboard (Recent Jobs/Add Jobs/ Staff)
Recent Job--> Last ten jobs (completed,outstanding) ordered according to the job creation time.
Add Job--> add job with Title, Description, Location etc.
Staff--> List of a already registered staff users with their Jobs
Staff User:
Login --> View list of Available Jobs with Description and Location --> User can Accept or Decline a Job
Job Accepted --> Live Job for this user --> User can add Notes, Photos etc.
Job Declined --> Still available for other Staff User and they can accept or decline it
Reception User (When Job is accepted)
- Status of Jobs --> Accepted and Completed Jobs
- Access to added Notes and Photos
- Print PDF feature
Due to work limitation, I cannot add entire features. The above is just after the 10 mins of basic analysis. I can provide you a quality flow for your application.
