Website Design for a Real Estate Company

What I need done: I need a website designed for my real estate business. The scope of work would include the following: > Design and coding > Content Managment system like "CMS Made Simple" (with the ability to add or delete, pages, edit text and text effects, insert and delete objects like videos and photos, upload downloadable files, create hyperlinks to downloadable documents, etc.) >OR use Joomla template like HiveMind with the scroller from the Terran template >I would also like to host and manage it on my GoDaddy account.  > Password management system (like easymemberpro customized for the website) for an agent documents page, and a seller documents page. The site will contain the following 15 pages: 1. Home page with 2-5 minute video from CorpShorts 2. Agent landing page with 30-second video from CorpShorts 3. Agent sales letter page 4. Agent process explanation 5. Agent documents page 6. Seller sales letter page 7. Seller process explanation 8. Seller documents page 9. Lending professionals page 10. FAQs 11. About Us 12. Contact Us (with form) 13. Submit Short Sale Candidate Form (integrated with [login to view URL] database account) 14. Testimonials page with video(s) from CorpShorts and written testimonials and possibly photos. What I already have versus what the provider will build: This is a brand-new site. I need full design done, with heavy graphics, including a new logo and colors for my business. We have some photos of properties that we have bought and sold, and these could be used in the design, or not, depending on your vision of the design. Other context/requirements that providers will need to know: In terms of style, I want a conservative but colorful look that will appeal to people across a broad range of socio-economic backgrounds since we deal in properties worth $250,000 to $2,500,000. It needs to be very simple and easy to use. I would like the website to utilize standard compliance coding to be searchable by Google/Yahoo if anyone is searching for anything related to "short sales" in my geography. Specific expertise that I am seeking: You should have experience designing real estate websites. Experience with search engine optimization is an added plus. Timeframe for delivery: I need to have this up and running within 2 weeks.
