Fix problem on Program in Visual Basic

Hello Coders, I have a simple program that another coder made for me called "Our Wedding". I have the source code and it was written in Visual Basic. I opened "Our Wedding" today and saw I have a problem with it but don't know if it is my Registration program (Reggie) or a problem in the "Our Wedding" code. Either way, I am willing to pay to have it fixed. You can go to: <[login to view URL]> and download it and see what it's doing. Once you download it and start the program, you will need to fill out the name of the bride and groom to be able to use thee program. It is wrapped with my registration program "Reggie" and that might need work as well. The error message I get is: Run-time error '339' : Component '[login to view URL] or one of it's dependencies not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid I would like to discuss the possibility to make the program web based as well.
