Implementing Outlook Express Component (repost)

Hi and welcome, This is quiet an interesting project, should be easy and pretty straightforward as well. I basically use Outlook Express 6 a lot, and have many different accounts on it and I need a way to insert prewritten messages to speed up the process of replying to emails. Outlook Express does not offer some kind of API to interact to, however there are components available that does this, one of them is [login to view URL] (Open source) So basically your job is to use that component so that I can add some basic functionality to Outlook Express that is described in detail in the attached document.
