Fix Redirect Loop once and for all!

Wordpress Expert!!: I have been having issues with a recurring "Too Many Redirects Error" that has been happening again and again. I fix it and it is fine for a few hours but then it comes back again on different computers. I can't find the redirect loop anywhere but its there. I have reset .htaccess a number of times but this file needs to retain browser caching, gzip compression. I have also gone through and deactivated plugins that helped for a bit, singled out 2 plugins for me. Even with those disabled, the problem came back eventually. Fix it for good, I dare ya!
