WORDPRESS Houzez Real Estate theme CUSTOMIZATION

EN ESPAÑOL: (SEE BELLOW TEXT IN ENGLISH) Compré un tema de Bienes raíces WORDPRESS llamado HOUZEZ Por favor, vealo siguiendo el siguiente link: [login to view URL] Necesito una personalización para dicha planilla WORDPRESS VEA POR FAVOR LOS ARCHIVOS ADJUNTOS PRIMERO con respecto a las modificaciones que se necesitan. Se considerará ESPECIALMENTE A QUIENES YA HAYAN REALIZADO UN TRABAJO DE ADAPTACION DE LA PLANILLA HOUZEZ ANTERIORMENTE o a quienes demuestren alta solvencia en cuanto a sus aptitudes para realizarla. En los archivos adjuntos se muestra paso a paso detalladamente lo que se necesita, también se muestra cómo se debera configurarse el set up basico de acuerdo al "demo" elegido y como se ve actualmente el demo hoy. Estos son básicamente los 4 puntos de personalización que se necesitan: A. Selección previa de la opción "En alquiler" o "En venta" (cada una mostrando un Submenú, ver la página 3. Las páginas previas 1 y 2 muestran cómo está la plantilla ahora). B. Agregar un botón que conduzca a una lista general como se indica. Este botón se encuentra en la parte inferior de la página 3, luego explica lo que sucede cuando se lo presiona en la página 4. También se explica la NUEVA función desarrollar "Subir" o (go up) C. Debe ajustarse para mostrar 4 Agentes por propiedad (o solo uno si no hubiese 4). Esto se explica en la página 5 a 7. D. Ajustar la posibilidad de elegir propiedad individual o prop. múltiple (función que ya está en el tema) al cargar una propiedad. La plantilla tiene la posibilidad de propiedades individuales o Propiedad multy, el agente que está cargando la propiedad debe tener la posibilidad de decidir cuál se va a cargar cuando esté a punto de hacerlo. Esto ya puede funcionar así, no estoy seguro. Las páginas 8 y 9 muestran cómo funciona el Agente múltiple AHORA en el tema. Las páginas anteriores (5 a 7) muestran cómo deben mostrarse los agentes en la ficha de la propiedad, eso también se explica en el enlace y en el adjunto También se necesitarán algunos ajustes básicos, el logotipo debe cargarse y el color debe cambiarse (rojo), el idioma debe ser español. Please SEE THE ATTACHED FILES FIRST regarding the CUSTOMIZATION. It will be highlly considered if you have customized this HOUZEZ theme before. In the attached file you will see a detailed step by step "mock up" of what is needed, it also shows how the theme is considered to be setted according to some of ITS functions. This are basically the 4 customization points that are needed: A. Previous selection of "For Rent" or "For Sale" option (each displaying a Submenu, please check page 3. Previous pages show how template is now) . B. Add a buton that leads to a general listing as shown This button is at the very bottom of page 3, then explains what happens when you press it in page 4. Also the NEW to be developed "Go Up" Function is explained. C. Adjustment to show all 4 Agents per property (or just one according to desired option). This is explained in page 5 to 7. D. Adjust the posibility to choose Single or Multiple property (function already in the theme) when uploading a property. The template has the posibility for single properties or multy Property, the agent who is uploading the property has to have the posibility to decide which one is going to upload when is about to do so (option given). This may already work like that I am not sure. Pages 8 and 9 shows how multi Agent works NOW in the theme, previous pages (5 to 7) show how agents should be shown in file property. that is also explained in the link Some basic set up will be needed also, Logo should be uploaded and color changed (to "logo" red), lenguage should be spanish Thanks
